Priority Nr. 1: to create employment opportunities by offering investment initiatives and encouraging business development. Task were: to assure the provision of business information and consultations to develop the real estate market, to generate investments for the development of infrastructure, encourage the development of the information technologies sector, to create an image of a pro-business city. Best FDI promotion strategy The multi modal transport hub, free economic zone (www.fez.lt), qualified labour power are most important factors in securing investment into your city. Klaipeda Free Economic Zone - the essence of FEZ is to create more favorable conditions for business: decrease and simplify administration procedures; special custom taxes and tax incentives.
